Arriving at Errachidia airport? Three relaxed days in the desert: Ziz valley, Khamlia, a quad ride, a camel trek, our luxury camp, Rissani and Erfoud.
Errachidia has the closest airport to Merzouga, with flights from Casablanca. This tour picks you up there and turns three days into a complete desert holiday, without long drives. The first day follows the Ziz valley, one of the most beautiful palm groves in Morocco, to your guesthouse at the foot of the dunes.
Day two is all about Erg Chebbi: Gnawa music in Khamlia, one hour of quad biking included, and a camel trek at sunset to our luxury camp. On the last day you visit the souks of Rissani and the fossil workshops of Erfoud before returning to Errachidia.

Day 2
Khamlia – quad ride – camel trek – luxury camp
Morning visit to Khamlia for Gnawa music, afternoon quad ride of one hour in Erg Chebbi, then camel trek at sunset to our luxury camp for dinner, music and the night.
Day 3
Sunrise – Rissani – Erfoud – Errachidia
Sunrise and breakfast at camp, then visit of Rissani's market and Erfoud's fossil workshops on the way back to Errachidia.

Good to know
Pick-up around 7:30 am. Bring a small bag for the desert night; big luggage stays in the vehicle.
No payment is needed to book: you pay on the day in cash (dirhams or euros). Free changes if the weather is not good.
Before you ride
Are the tours private?
Yes. Only your group travels in the vehicle, with your own driver, and the program can be adapted.
Where do the tours start?
We pick you up at your riad or hotel in Marrakech or Fes, or at the airport or hotel in Errachidia, usually around 7:30 am.
Which camp do we sleep in?
In our own luxury camp in Erg Chebbi, with private tents, bathrooms and hot showers.
Can I add a quad or buggy ride?
Yes, on the afternoon you arrive in Merzouga, before the camel trek. Just tell us when you book.
