Full Day Quad Adventure around Erg Chebbi
The ultimate quad day: the whole of Erg Chebbi, the black desert, fossil sites, Khamlia, lunch in the dunes and the sunset from a crest.
This is our big day out for riders who cannot get enough. We start in the morning with the northern dunes, then cross the hamada to old mining villages and fossil beds, with long tracks where you can ride faster in safety.
Lunch is a Berber picnic in the shade at an oasis or nomad camp. In the afternoon we visit Khamlia for Gnawa music, ride the quiet southern dunes and finish on a high crest for sunset. It is a long day, so a little riding experience or good physical shape helps.

- Tips
Good to know
Wear closed shoes and long trousers. Rides leave at the time you choose; in summer we recommend sunrise or sunset.
No payment is needed to book: you pay on the day in cash (dirhams or euros). Free changes if the weather is not good.
Before you ride
Do I need experience to ride a quad?
No. The quads are automatic and you get a briefing and a short practice on flat sand before entering the dunes.
Can children ride?
Drivers are usually 16 or older. Younger children can ride as passengers with an adult on a duo quad or in a buggy. We confirm the details when you book.
What should I wear?
Closed shoes, long trousers and sunglasses. We give you a helmet, goggles and a Berber scarf against the sand. In winter bring a warm layer for sunset.
What is the best time of day?
Morning and late afternoon, when the sand is cooler and the light is beautiful. In summer we ride only at sunrise and sunset.
